This is possibly Henry Guy (Bob) Spotswood who was born on 11 May 1867, the youngest son of Frederick Augustus Spotswood (1829-1872) and his wife Elizabeth Ann Guy (1830-1905). His brothers were Frederick, Herbert and Arthur. Henry was a clerk with David Ritchie and Sons where he worked for 57 years. He was a member of the Tamar Yacht Club and the North Esk Rowing Club. He died in Launceston on 11 Nov 1945 aged 78 years and was cremated at Carr Villa. His ashes were interred in the Colonnade Wall 54C.
